Jim Phillips to Become Vice Chairman of Luminetx Corporation

Effective June 1st, Jim Phillips will assume the position of Vice Chairman of Luminetx Corporation.
Mr. Phillips will transition from his current position as CEO and Board Chairman to that of Vice-Chairman in order to better interface with the medical and financial communities embracing Luminetx technologies.
The Luminetx board has appointed Al Gossett as interim Chairman and CEO while the search is underway for a permanent replacement.
